Biotech Resources was founded in 2000 by Susan L. Valdes as a recruiting agency for companies seeking clinical research and regulatory affairs talent to bring mew medicines to market. Just over a decade later, Susan’s husband, Robert (Bob) joined forces to become Biotech Resources Group, LLC.
When Glaxo Smith Kline acquired Human Genome Sciences in 2012, Bob and his network recognized an opportunity to provide GMP services as the global life-science economy regained strength and momentum. Expecxtedly, industry movement and competitive awareness prompted biotech boards and investors to make strategic growth decisions about:
- Designing/Building new GMP facilities
- Strategic Hiring and Staff Augmentation
- Improving underperforming sites
In order to expedite the delivery of this service, Bob joined forces with co-founder Susan Valdes to create Biotech Resources Group, LLC (BRG). The company is currently comprised of a GMP Consultant arm and a Staffing services arm, both aimed at helping clients achieve clinical and commercial success.
